We put our candidates through a rigorous selection process – both with SilverBack’s own technical recruiters and for many positions, directly with our client as well. Those that are successful are mobilised by SilverBack to the project location with SilverBack typically managing all travel and accommodation arrangements. This simplifies and speeds up the process for both candidates and clients.

SilverBack’s core strength is the supply of individuals or teams on a daily-rate basis. Where requested by our clients we’re happy to supply a permanent recruitment offering for selected positions.

Trades labour supply is the origin of SilverBack’s business and remains a key part of our client and candidate offering.


With a real speciality in recruiting, selecting and mobilising mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams, SilverBack has established itself as a key partner to MEP contractors across the Nordic region. In recent times, SilverBack has successfully brought this offering to the German and Polish markets, as well as our home Irish market.


SilverBack has several trades recruitment hubs in Europe and will perform rigorous technical interviews with all candidates to assess suitability.
