We put our candidates through a rigorous selection process – both with SilverBack’s own technical recruiters and for many positions, directly with our client as well. Those that are successful are mobilised by SilverBack to the project location with SilverBack typically managing all travel and accommodation arrangements. This simplifies and speeds up the process for both candidates and clients.
